I want every purchase to feel right. Here's exactly how refunds work for each product type — no fine print, no surprises.
No refunds
Digital products — books & music
Because digital files (PDFs, MP3s, ePubs) are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all digital sales are final.
- Books purchased through Gumroad
- Music downloads
- Digital tool bundles and AI prompts
If you had a technical issue receiving your file, email me and I'll sort it out immediately.
Partial refund
Custom songs
- A 50% deposit is required to begin. This deposit is non-refundable once writing has started.
- The remaining 50% is due when the final song is delivered to your inbox.
- If you are unhappy with the final result after all included revisions, contact me — I want to get it right.
Refund or exchange available
Physical products (print-on-demand)
- Damaged in shipping? Send me a photo within 7 days of delivery and I'll arrange a free replacement.
- Wrong item received? Let me know within 7 days and I'll make it right.
- Changed your mind? Exchanges are available within 14 days if the item is unused and in original condition. Customer covers return shipping.
- Refunds are not available for correct orders delivered in good condition — each item is made specifically for you.
How to request a refund or replacement
Email info@emyj888.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. I respond to every message personally and will make it right as quickly as I can.
