Privacy Policy

The short version

I collect your email address only when you voluntarily give it to me (newsletter sign-up). I do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

What I collect

• Email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter or contact me directly.
• Purchase information — your name, email, and payment details when you buy something. These are handled by Stripe or Gumroad, not stored by me directly.
• Commission details — the story and notes you share when ordering a custom song. These are used only to write your song.

How I use it

• To send you newsletter emails you asked to receive (you can unsubscribe any time).
• To fulfill your order and communicate about it.
• To write your custom song if you commissioned one.

I do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond what you signed up for.

Third-party processors

Some services are handled by trusted third parties:

• Stripe — payment processing for shop purchases.
• Gumroad — delivery and payment for digital books and downloads.
• Google AdSense — advertising service. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Each has their own privacy policy. I choose them carefully and do not share more data with them than is necessary to complete your order.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
